Q. The product says it kills on contact, I sprayed your product on some insects but they kept crawling. Why?
A. Contact kill does not mean instant kill. This means that the insecticide has to come in direct contact to kill the insects. In most cases the insect needs to be able to get back to the nest to kill off the entire nest. Some of these insecticides work on the central nervous system and it may take a few hours for complete kill.
Q. What can I do to keep crawling insects from entering my home?
A. You can spray the foundation and perimeter of your home with House Guard Perimeter and Foundation Spray or Granules. Also you can treat your lawn and garden to stop them before they get to your home with products such as Ant Killer Granules, Delta Eight Granules, or Eight Insect Control Yard & Garden RTS.
Q. What products do you have to get rid of Bedbugs?
A. Bonide has several products that are labeled for bedbugs. Our Eight Insect Control Garden & Home, Total Pest Control Indoor, Household Insect Control, Termite Carpenter Ant Aerosol.
Q. I have bees boring hole into the wood on my home/porch. Do you have a product that can get down in these holes?
A. You probably have carpenter bees. Termite & Carpenter Ant Control Aerosol or Dust and Wasp & Hornet Killer are all labeled for this type of bee.
Q. There are small ants all over my kitchen. What can I use to get rid of them?
A. You probably have sweet and/or grease eating ants. We recommend using our Ant Killer Liquid Bait or our Ant Traps.
Q. How long do I need to wait after spraying Household Insect Control in my house before going back in the treated area?
A. Once the product has completely dried you can re-enter the treated area.
Q. Can I use the Propane Fogger indoors?
A. No, this is not recommended, as this would be a fire hazard. Also the fogging solution is petroleum based and could cause staining and damage to surfaces and furnishings.
Q. How do I get rid of Mice?
A. You can use our No Escape Snap Traps, Glue Traps or Bait Blocks to actually kill them. To repel them or keep them out of specific places (boats, campers, sheds, garages, homes, etc.) use our No Escape Mouse Magic.

Q. I have these large bugs with reddish color backs that are coming into my house. What are they and how do I get rid of them?
