  • an applicable legal exception applies;
  • we are required or permitted by law to retain the information; or

8. Global Privacy Control

Except where required by applicable law, the Online Services do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) signals or similar mechanisms that are not legally recognized opt-out preference signals.

Please note that even if you opt out of receiving promotional communications, we may continue to send you non-promotional communications that are necessary to provide products or services you request or otherwise administer our relationship with you. These communications may include responses to your inquiries, customer service communications, order or transaction confirmations, warranty or rebate communications, product safety or recall notices, updates regarding your privacy requests, and other communications that are required or permitted by law.

12. Children’s Privacy

The Online Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent where required by applicable law. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13 in a manner inconsistent with applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete the information as soon as reasonably practicable.

Bonide is headquartered in the United States, and the Online Services are intended for users located in the United States. If you access or use the Online Services from outside the United

States and choose to provide us with personal information, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where our servers or service providers are located.

Please be aware that the data protection and privacy laws of the United States may differ from those of your country of residence.

15. Additional Notice for California Residents

This section supplements the other provisions of this Privacy Policy and applies to California residents to the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA”), applies to Bonide.
